Kerala PSC Villageman Short List of Thrissur: Cut Off '86'

Kerala PSC had published the short list of Village man. The cut off mark is 86. That is, the candidates who have the mark equal to 86 and more than it are including in the Thrissur village man short list. Village man supplementary lists also prepared with suitable cut off marks. PSC considered the ranked candidates on the basis of their mark in the same examination of last grade servants which was held in 2010. Last grade rank list of Thrissur had published before some months. 

The certificate verification of village man short list (Thrissur) candidates will held in Thrissur town hall from 10-12-12 in various time. The candidate should submit 1 passport size photo, Identity card (voter ID, driving licence, passport, pan card)  its copy, the age proof certificate (S.S.L.C.certificate) & its copy, caste proof certificate for special category. Handy capped candidates should produce the medical certificate. The rank list of village man will publish as soon as possible by PSC. Usually after 3 months from the certificate verification PSC will publish the rank list.

Almost the first 870 rank holders of the last grade list are also included in this village man short list. There may be around 500 vacancies will produce in the village man post in next 2-3 years. The 500 toppers of last grade list will appoint as village men. So there is a chance for completing the present last grade main list and the all candidates in the main list of last grade will get the job.

Kerala PSC Started to Publish Village Man Shortlist

Kerala PSC started to publish village man of revenue department short list. The published list is of Pathanamthitta district. Kerala PSC prepared this rank list on the basis of last grade servant examination which was held on 12-06-2010. The cut of mark of the village man list is 78. In this district the cut of mark which was decided by PSC was 67 for the last grade servant list. Kerala PSC included the top rank holders of last grade list in the village man rank list. 

Kerala PSC Vacancies should Report through E-mail - New Circular

Kerala PSC vacancies should report through E-mail to inform Kerala PSC office. It is new circular from Kerala Government. This circular suggests all departments to E-mail the new vacancies to the E-mail ID of PSC Secretary. 

The circular says that from 1-6-12 all departments should inform the vacancies to the Kerala PSC through E-mail via E-mail ID - 'secretary@psc.kerala.gov.in'- of Kerala PSC secretary.    

KSEB Masdoor: Appointment started.

Kerala PSC had started the appointment of KSEB Masdoor in 7 districts.In this first chance 312 memos were sent. More appointments are from Palakad Masdoor rank list- 86.Less number of appointments are in Kollam-12.There is a chance to get Masdoor job for almost 500 candidates.

Last grade appointment moves as a snail:

Last grade rank holders associations of 14 districts of Kerala complain that the appointments from the last grade lists are not in proper way. According to them, the appointments face delay due to various reasons like cutting of extra posts , avoiding the process of formation of new posts...Now only 5500 appointments were occurred from the present last grade lists.50000 rank holders are waiting for the appointment. The validity of the   present last grade rank list will finish in 2015 June.


IMPS Facilitates 24 Hour Mobile Phone Money Transfer

IMPS (Inter banking Mobile Payment service) is the process which give the facility to transfer money by using mobile phone for 24 hours. We could not use the service of mobile banking at any time earlier. According to the mobile banking guidelines of Reserve bank, there are some limitations for that. The IMPS had born after the decision of National Payment Corporation to transfer the money using mobile phones. IMPS started in 2010 August by including SBI, Bank of India, Union bank, ICICI. Its success lead to the official start of IMPS and all other important banks had participated in Inter Banking Mobile Payment Service. The banks like HSBC, Canara, Yes, Standard Chartered, Axis are also active in IMPS.

We can do Railway ticket booking, online shopping etc.... through the Inter Banking Mobile Payment Service (IMPS). So IMPS is becoming the dummy of internet banking and card payments. Insurance field started to use the facilities of IMPS. We can pay the Premium of Reliance life, United India Insurance, Kodak life, ICICI Prudential, Metlife etc.... through IMPS. The main mutual fund companies like Reliance capitals, Birla Sun Life etc.... also receiving the helps of IMPS. Most telecom companies had received IMPS. So we can also pay the mobile bills at any time through Inter Banking Payment Service. IMPS will get more popularity among people with the start of using the facilities of IMPS in schools, Government institutions etc....

In future, there will be a chance to use cashless payment through IMPS in cold stores also. To use IMPS facility we only need the mobile phone. By linking our bank account with our mobile number, we can register it in IMPS. Then we can to cashless payments in any shops, institutes etc....

For using IMPS we should obtain mobile money identification (MM ID) number and MPN number. MM ID is a 7 digit number. This number links the bank account number with mobile number. After this we should download bank's mobile phone application. Through this application we can use the IMPS facility. The IMPS can utilize through SMS also. Each bank has special number to send SMS.
